Cheese to Meat You!

I'm Jackie Gomez-Mastroianni aka The OC Cheese Queen, by my clients and friends. I have many roles, my most important are wife, mom, gram, sister, friend and party host.  JBL is a family run business.  I've been in the food industry for 30+ years, my husband aka Mr. Boardlife has been in hospitality for the past 20+ years. I started in the organic produce business in Downtown L.A., when organic produce wasn't readily available at your local ordinary grocery store.  Then as a co-owner with Mr. Boardlife, of a QSR in Laguna Hills,. Lastly as the former E.A. to the President of the largest hot dog chain in America, employed with the company for 21 years.  Currently providing you all with my deliciously curated tables and boards since 2019. My connection to great food, family and friends, stems from my childhood and Mexican culture. Food was the center of bringing family and friends together.  And for the past 20 years with my Italian family who also enjoys feeding everyone with homemade bread, focaccia, pasta and more.  I absolutely love entertaining and hosting friends and family for casual gatherings, big parties, small celebrations, all while offering one of my delicious boards to graze on.
